We also record the date you accepted our Terms & Conditions and the date of your most recent sign-in.
- Contact Form: When you send a message through our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message. The message is delivered to our email inbox so we can respond.
- Password Reset: If you request a password reset, we send a single-use link to the email address on your account. The link expires after one hour.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include:
- The IP address and domain from which you access the site.
- The type of browser and operating system you use.
- The date and time of your visit.
- The pages you view.
- The address of the website that referred you, if any.

5. Information Displayed Publicly
Team names, results, standings, records, league history, and manager names are displayed publicly on the site and may appear in FSA broadcasts and on FSA social media channels. Whenever available and appropriate, we display manager names as first name and last initial to further protect each member's privacy.
Email addresses, phone numbers, and passwords are never displayed publicly.
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following services to operate our leagues and the site. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.
- MyFantasyLeague (MFL): League data, including rosters, lineups, scores, and transactions, is retrieved from MFL. Lineup, roster, and trade requests you submit on our site are sent to MFL for processing.
- Yahoo Fantasy Sports: The Alliance Professional Baseball League operates on Yahoo. If FSA connects to Yahoo on your behalf, you will authorize that connection directly through Yahoo. FSA never receives your Yahoo password. Data obtained from Yahoo is used only to display and operate your league, and is stored only temporarily, as permitted by Yahoo's terms.
- LeagueSafe: League fees and prize payouts are handled through LeagueSafe.com. FSA does not collect or store payment card or bank account information.
- Site Resources: Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare). When your browser loads these files, those providers receive your IP address.
7. Information Sharing
We share personal information only:
- With the services listed above, to the extent needed to operate our leagues.
- When required by law.
- When necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of FSA, our members, or others.
8. Data Retention
- Live Accounts: Accounts of members currently participating in an FSA league are retained as live accounts.
- Legacy Accounts: When a member is no longer participating, the account becomes a legacy account. Legacy accounts are retained so each league's history remains complete and accurate.
- Returning Members: If a member returns, the legacy account is reactivated as a live account.
- Contact Messages: Messages sent through our Contact page are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable records.
9. Your Choices
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing contact@iplayfsa.com. When an account is deleted, we remove its sign-in and contact information. League records such as team names, results, and standings remain part of the league's permanent history.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (hashed) passwords, encrypted connections to the site, and limited access to account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Age Requirement
iplayfsa.com is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
Our site contains links to external websites, including our partners and social media channels. Once you leave our site, you are subject to the privacy policy of that website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
